Refund Policy

Effective Date: 25 November 2025 Brand: Mano Sparsh Healer: Geethamani A. S. At Mano Sparsh, we offer emotional and energy healing services with full dedication and sincerity. Since healing is a commitment-based journey, we follow a clear and transparent refund policy. 1. No Refund After Program Begins Once the healing program or session has started, no refund will be provided under any circumstances. This includes: 🔘 Attended sessions 🔘 Missed sessions 🔘 Program discontinuation by the client 🔘 Change of mind or personal reasons Healing requires consistency and commitment; therefore, refunds are not applicable once work has begun. 2. Advance Payment Policy All payments must be made in advance to confirm your booking. The advance amount is non-refundable. 3. Session Rescheduling You may reschedule a session by informing at least 6 hours in advance. If you fail to inform in time, the session will be marked as completed and no refund or extra session will be provided. 4. Program Cancellation by Mano Sparsh In the rare case that Mano Sparsh or Healer Geethamani A. S. has to cancel the program due to unavoidable circumstances: 🔘 A partial or full refund may be provided based on the remaining sessions. 🔘 This decision will be made solely by the healer, depending on the situation. 5. Refund for Technical Issues If a session is delayed or disrupted due to technical issues (network, platform errors etc.) from the healer’s side: 🔘 The session will be rescheduled at no extra cost. 🔘 No monetary refund will be issued. If the issue is from the client’s side, the session will not be rescheduled or refunded. 6. Digital Products / Healing Materials All digital materials (PDFs, audio meditations, worksheets, etc.) once delivered are non-refundable. 7. Medical Disclaimer Mano Sparsh provides complementary emotional and energy healing, not medical treatment. We do not promise or guarantee any medical outcome. Therefore, refunds cannot be requested based on medical results or physical progress. 8.
