By accessing, enrolling in, or participating in any of our healing sessions, programs, or services — including Healing Beyond Cancer™ — you agree to follow the Terms & Conditions listed below. Please read them carefully before starting the program. 2. Nature of Services Mano Sparsh provides emotional, spiritual, and energy healing services through modalities such as Reiki, Hypno-Reiki, Theta Healing, Akashic Records, NLP, Colour Therapy, and Angel Healing. These services are intended to support emotional well-being, energy alignment, stress reduction, and inner healing. These services do not replace medical treatment. Clients are encouraged to continue taking medical advice from certified healthcare professionals. 3. Eligibility You may sign up for our sessions or programs if: 🔘 You are 18+ years old OR have parental/guardian consent. 🔘 You understand that energy healing is a complementary therapy. You willingly participate in healing sessions and provide accurate personal information. 4. Program Structure Duration and session frequency will be clearly explained before enrollment. The healer may recommend additional modalities based on the client’s progress. Healing results may vary from person to person depending on emotional openness, consistency, and willingness to follow guidance. 5. Payment Terms All payments must be made in advance to confirm your seat or appointment. Program price (if applicable): 🔘 No partial/session-wise refund is available once the program begins. 🔘 Payment modes accepted: UPI / Bank Transfer / Online Payment link (as shared personally). 6. Appointment & Session Rules Sessions are conducted online via Zoom/Google Meet/WhatsApp unless otherwise informed. If you miss a session without prior notice, it will be counted as completed. If you need to reschedule, you must inform at least 6 hours in advance. 7. Confidentiality All information shared by clients during sessions remains 100% confidential. No personal details, reports, or healing experiences will be shared publicly without consent. Video/audio recording of sessions is strictly prohibited unless mutually agreed. 8. Disclaimer Healing is a supportive therapy and not a cure or substitute for medical treatment. Mano Sparsh and Healer Geethamani A. S. do not guarantee any specific medical or physical outcomes. Results vary based on individual emotional state, subconscious readiness, and participation. 9. Client Responsibility Clients agree to: Follow instructions and healing practices sincerely. Continue their medical tests, treatment, and medication (if any). Ask questions whenever required and communicate openly about emotional or physical changes. 10. Misuse & Misconduct Mano Sparsh holds the right to discontinue services if: 🔘 A client behaves disrespectfully or abusively. 🔘 A client shares false information. 🔘 A client violates confidentiality or misuses session recordings/material. 11. Intellectual Property All content, meditations, PDFs, recordings, and healing materials provided during the program are the property of Mano Sparsh. Clients may not share, copy, or distribute these materials without permission. 12. Changes to Terms Mano Sparsh reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
